"My family and I just tried to come eat there...your ad says no reservations and 1st come 1st serve. Many open tables for families to sit and was told there was a waitlist and a 45 minute wait. I asked about open tables and was told waiting for those parties to arrive I told the hostess is that not the same as a reservation. So the concept of no reservations is not true and misleading. Very disappointed by this practice."

"I stopped at Simply Organic the other afternoon after learning about it through yelp and facebook. I was so excited to find a healthy alternative in tiny Yelm. I was really looking forward to a couple items described on their facebook page but was unfortunately disappointed once I arrived. : Apparently they only have a few choices that remain on their ever changing menu... a few sandwiches, a couple desserts, and refrigerated prepackaged pasta salads and dips. When I asked about a specific burger I had read about, I was told they only make burgers on Fridays, and even then they don't make the same burgers every week. I eventually settled on the black eyed pea salad. It wasn't very flavorful and had ingredients that weren't listed... not so great for those with dietary restrictions. I also purchased the salted caramel brownie to bring home to split with my partner. We both agreed it was very tasty, but didn't have much caramel flavor, and was reminiscent to boxed brownie mix. I could have made a pan at home for the same price I paid for one. A unique idea and a friendly cashier but overall a pretty disappointing experience."

"Insane prices,18 dollars for a salad, almost 20 for a burger with rock hard fries seriously learn how to make fries correctly they're disgusting, they used to be good. I'm not sure why you made that change 30 !? Dollars for chicken tortellini? Does 15 bucks come with it?Terrible hoursThey're open like, 3 and a half days a week. I feel bad for the employees who worked there before they made that change.Insanely pretentious.We get it, you drive Teslas and think you're better than everybody else. The customer service is terrible. They will literally laugh and talk bad about you if you have any complaints, as if they're gods of cooking food and never make mistakes.This place was much better a few years ago. I'm not really sure what happened but I'm never going back."

"Cute little diner with delicious food!! Fun signs and pictures all over the walls. The spicy chicken sandwich was good, my mom had the rib eye steak with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. She loved it! We also shared mozzarella sticks and they were cooked perfectly. The waitress was super friendly and nice we will definitely be back!! Wish we had found this place sooner!"
