"I ordered the Tagliolini al Tartufo . The pasta, served with butter and cheese, was delicious. However, I did not pick up pungent, earthy notes from the white truffle shavings. My dinner buddy told me that in the Italian white truffle regions, serving staff are generous with the shavings. So, I doubled up on the white truffle shavings $50 for 3 grams of savings). Still, I could not strongly discern the truffle. Maybe my nose! All in all a good dining experience."
