"Hi! we've spent a couple of days in the b&b next to il vassoio volante, simple, clean and friendly. If you want to get away from it then check out this laidback region in piemonte. There is good paragliding, if you want to try a safe and exciting passenger flight, ask for Flavio. We highly recommend the restaurant. The ladies start preparing in the morning in their professional kitchen, overlooking the yard, with dogs and cats. Have an aperitivo and try to learn some of their tricks. In the evening you can enjoy their creativity, based on local recipes. It's all beautiful fresh food made from scratch :"

"The place is elegant and the square in front always has free parking spaces. It's open for lunch. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes ranging from Canavesana specialties (Bagna Cauda, Fritto Misto, etc.) to grilled meat to finish in a long list of traditional offers, choosing is often ... challenging. We ate some hot appetizers (excellent and grilled meat (Angus and Fassone , tender and tasty, along with a red wine recommended by the Owner, to finish some desserts. Of these, someone typical Canavesano (Bunet other more classics, to finish to some specialties of the house. Everything is very pleasant, served professionally and courteous by the staff. I think I'll come back and recommend it."
