"The food was quite good, but the rest was disgusting at the first january: uncleaned by the previous NYE night as well as the restaurant. the service was extremely slow. the terrace was nice, but the club music next door was unbearable."

"The atmosphere and eating is amazing. my weight is when the waitress brought our cocktails, she spiled an empty cup of ice and a part of my mix drink over me. my sport coat and our table were softened for the rest of the evening. they did not offer to change the table cloth. the personal only brought extra serviettes to suck the table cloth. the food came out and it was amazing. the personal was then extra attentive. I and my wife are not those who complain, but most restaurants would at least compose my cocktail or even dessert. they calculated the full price and we paid. again everything else was amazing and my sport coat made it to the more pure."

"I was in town for work, staying at the hotel and spent a few of my nights having dinner down at the bar. The chef was playing around with the menu and changing things up and my favorite was the burger and truffle fries. What I really enjoyed most and why I had dinner there for several nights is because of Joseph the bartender and the other friendly staff working. Joseph was attentive, shared recommendations and was just down right refreshing to chat with. He is friendly, funny, a great multitasker, good listener and knows how to make a great drink! I highly recommend you have your dinner at the bar!"

"We attended a wine dinner with the wine maker at 400 Gradi. The food was fabulous. It started with a risotto with pea dish. Perfect consistency. We also were served a tagliatelle boglonese. The meat sauce was plentiful. Would highly recommend 400 Gradi for dinner."

"We had a waiter that ignored us most of the time we were seated. He would walk right past us we would wave our hand try to get attention he would look at us and keep walking. Additionally he would disappear for long periods of time without coming back to bring us food, refresh our drinks, bring us our drink order from the bar. Other wait staff had to step in to help at our request. When confronted with this the waiter chose to become confrontational instead of offering an apology or explanation."
