On every visit we have waited to be seated even when not busy. No We'll be with you shortly No welcome to Zizzi's No Enjoy your meal when seated, No customer service. The host walks by without eye contact, on every occasion. No interest. The seating host is your first contact with the restaurant and a friendly greet makes the guests feel welcome."
