"Really good food and service - we sat out on the terrace below the chateau where you can see everyone going by. I had the rognons de veau in a delicious sauce and my husband's meal was equally good. We would definitely go back there if we return to Amboise."

"Locale piccolo, sulla via principale di Amboise, lungo la passeggiata che porta al castello. Attratti dai soliti menù esposti lungo la strada, questo locale ha colpito la nostra curiosità per il piccolo allestimento esterno e la particolarità del tavolo in legno. La scelta si è rivelata una scelta felice! Menù ricco con piatti della cucina francese...oltre a mangiar bene per la qualità del cibo, è stato un pasto allegro e divertente per la scelta della "pierre à griller" per cuocere la carne. Un buon pranzo di famiglia!!!"

"Spotted this restaurant from the castle. Came there for lunch, last one seated (lunch is a short period of time, after that it's closed until dinner). It's simple food, but because of it, it's flavorfulnpess and delicacy of the ingredients bloom like a flower. Every...bite of every dish is simply delicious. From appetizer to desert. Afterwards I didn't want to talk for hours, having the taste of the great food linger on my taste buds. Service was to the point. Ambience simplistic and comfortable. Location: Go find it! I would recommend this restaurant even for somebody visiting just Paris. Go to Amboise for this restaurant, it is worthwhile any effort to get there. stars!!!"

"Tout est dit dans le titre. Un espace restauration propre, ce qui n est malheureusement pas souvent le vais dans les restos rapides. Commande prise en qqs instants. Un boîtier m a été remis et la personne m'a prévenue que quand le boîtier se mettrait à clignoter je pourrai venir chercher ma commande. Qqs minutes plus tard , je n ai pas fait attention mais c était rapide, me voilà plateau en main sur lequel j ai un menu kebab avec frites et boisson. Rien à redire. Très bon. Comme j ai tendance à m en mettre partout j ai demandé qqs serviettes en sup et une fourchette. Pas de pb et en plus avec le sourire. Je recommande cet endroit pour manger un ptit menu rapide et à bon rapport qualité prix. Un point en plus qui pour moi est important.... en sortant je ne sentais pas la frite comme c est souvent le cas dans ce genre de lieu. Bref propre, bon, personnel agréable et souriant et en plus aéré. Seul point négatif mais pas bien grave.... la télé .... n y a t il rien d autre que des clips pas forcement terribles à regarder ? Merci, je recommande et reviendrai."

"Épicerie italienne qui vient de changer de propriétaire, tenue par des gens dont on sent qu'ils ne sont pas du métier. Quelques tables pour y manger dehors ou dedans. La planche mixte charcuterie fromage à 15€ était très bonne, le petit blanc italien également.On y trouve aussi différentes sortes de lasagnes."
