"If they want to be, this is the place. there is a literal cellar of cheese absolutely amazing. I've tried so many cheeses I've never heard of. it was fantastic. it is a small place so early to get a table. I mean, in a city of big cheese it's hard to stand for a cheese place, but it makes it. a highlight of our journey!"

"We visited as a group of 12. Staff were pleasant and looked after us. Food is at best, average. Meat needs more aging. Fish overcooked. Two chose vegetarian (I know, we were in France) which was a plate of freshly cooked vegetables. Wine is expensive....Decent atmosphere."

"If you have just arrived in Bordeaux by train, hungry and don't feel like experimenting with various restaurants in the area I highly recommend this burger place. Their burgers are delicious and fries are perfect! A big surprise because it may look like nothing from the outside but their food is way above average. Order the barbeque burger my fave."

"Dans une ruelle typique de Bordeaux, au calme tout près de le rue piétonne de la Porte Dijeaux, un voyage innatendu sur l'Île de Beauté. En passant deux petites tables de jardin mauves nous attendaient. Accueil souriant et explications très convaincantes du patron se battant, comme nous l'aimons pour les produits de qualité.Notre choix se porta sur une planche mixte charcuteries et fromages, pour deux ainsi que pour deux verres de blanc.Comme je le disais plus haut le voyage a débuté, ce fut un enchantement. Des goûts typiques, un bon dialogue, nous avons passé un superbe moment, promis très vite nous irons en Corse pour de vrai. En attendant nous sommes repartis avec une bouteille d'eau de vie de Myrte que nous dégustons parfois en repensant à ce bon moment.Merci infiniment."
