"Guests at lunch in this alpine chalet, we have tasted delicious and very hearty cheese croutes. several formats, several tastes (cheese, with onions, with eggs, with ham,) hot, appetizing, a real treat. the place is beautiful because we overlook the entire region of the lake of neuchâtel and the view is beautiful. the staff is extraordinarily nice, friendly, smiling and helpful. desserts (fruits, grapes, cream pickles, etc.) are delicious and it is pure gourmet to eat after the croutes! a very nice, typical and nice place in the family."
