"We stopped in on a Monday night and had not made reservations which was apparently a very big deal. The waitress, who wasn’t very friendly but not too bad, sat us down at a table any way. We had just started looking at their menu, which was rather expensive for a fondue place, when an older guy who seemed to be the owner came out. He was clearly disgusted that we did not have reservations and must have thought that we did not understand French because he was complaining very loudly that we did not have reservations and were not welcome. We decided that that was enough to take our money elsewhere and did. The restaurant looked very poor and dark anyway and was not inviting or clean in any way."
