"Good Food, Poor Customer Service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I have enjoyed East Coast Subs for years, but would recommend that someone take the additional time to drive to the 5018 S. State Street location. The communication and customer service skills of the staff at the 3490 S. State Street location are asinine. My coworkers and I went to lunch there today. This was not our first visit to this location (we have been there two or three times before), and previously we have not had any grievances with this location, other than we have had to take back sandwiches for being incorrect orders. "The guy who took the order at the front counter, seeing the gajillions of people coming in on a late Monday night wasn't fazed; he took the order and pulled a few jokes while he was at it too. Albeit cheesy, it did help to show that personable people still existed in these kinds of places. The pizza did take a bit of time to come out-- the dessert actually came before the main pizza-- they were both good. The cookies and creme was exactly how it was described and did not disappoint. The extreme veggie was also interesting. The crust was unexpectedly crunchy for a thicker size, which is a good thing for me. The veggies that went with it also made it a great addition to the taste. In all, I'd come here again. Staff is friendly. Pizza is good. It opens late night. It's too bad I go to BYU..."

"Complaint. I ate at PF Changs yesterday around 3 pm. The food was excellent but waitress wasn't we ordered the the combo for 2$39.95 that comes with an appetizer 2 main dishes and soup plus a dessert . She kept going over to another table and talking with them. we got our food late and then had to send another waiter to get her in order to get our bill. We were really full so dessert wasn't on our minds. It wasn't until way late that I realized that we didn't get our dessert. Her name was ShalayaMy name is Shelley Payne"

"This was our first time at Thea but it won't be our last! Everything from the food to the service was first class. The decor is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Love that it is a BYOB. The arugula beet salad was amazing and our entrees were equally impressive."

"This was a really beautiful place; the food was delicious and there was a lot of meat. I also enjoyed the salatable. the personal was also great, especially our main server, black panther. he was on the top of the dinge, very nice and funny. the name tag that cried to chadwick boseman was only on the cake. would in any case sit back in his section and would ask him if possible. my only complaint is that the meat service was slow."
