"M8 was disappointing. This restaurant was listed #2 on Yelp but it is struggling. It is only a few months old. We were the second couple in the restaurant and that was it for the night. I ordered the halibut but they were out. My impression is they had to limit food inventory given the small clientele. I got the steak instead. Ordered it medium rare but there was no pink to be found. My wife's food was better. Not sure how they will survive."

"The garnel and lemon risotto was delicious and the staff was friendly, but unfortunately the service was very slow. it took a long time to get drinks, the bill etc. and the restaurant was almost empty. it seemed as if the people behind us had gone before the order because it took too long. I also thought the prices were somewhat higher than what is published online. I would recommend the seahouse for eating and the place, with the hope of more attentive / faster service next time."

"I visited their Kits location today. The place was mostly empty when I arrived at around 1:00 pm on a Wednesday, and I was seated quickly. I ordered their Carolina Pulled Pork Pancakes, Giant version, which came with pulled pork, three eggs, and two pancakes (their small version came with 2 eggs and 1 pancake). The food was fine (details below) the standout for me was the pulled pork, and the portion was big enough to satisfy me (I have a MASSIVE appetite). The service was efficient and friendly, and I do like their relaxed and casual atmosphere. Overall, I had a pretty good experience at this diner, and I do hope to sample more from their menu in the future.<br/ <br/ Carolina Pulled Pork Pancakes (Giant, $15):<br/ 3.5/5<br/ This came with two pancakes, pulled pork, and three eggs, which I asked to have fried. I didn't really care much for the eggs they were a bit rubbery and don't appear to be at all seasoned. I was initially a bit disappointed by the pancakes as they seemed to be quite flat and thin. Fortunately, they did taste better than they look, and did not have any off flavour or bitterness from baking soda. I did find the texture to be a bit too chewy for my liking however, bordering on rubbery. The pulled pork was definitely the standout for me: it was tender and juicy, and coated in a delicious sweet and slightly spicy bbq sauce. Unfortunately, there just wasn't enough of the pork present. Portion wise, the giant version was perfect for me it satisfied my enormous appetite without leaving me in a complete food coma."

"Great place to sit and do a quick breakfast. Service is tidy and fast. There is usually a line on weekends, but quickly clears up. Weapons are highly recommended. Salmon Benny is out. Amazing experience"

"Went here for lunch today with some colleagues. The smoked salmon eggs benedict is one of the best bennies I've ever had. The hostess and servers were super friendly but service was a bit slow we sat at our table for almost 15 minutes before we were brought water and had our order taken. I felt super rushed eating my food so that I could get back to work before my lunch hour was up.The food and friendliness makes me want to return and I definitely will... Just maybe on a day where I don't need to rush back to work."

"Great food and great service! I went there with a friend. There was a bit of a wait, but that's only because we wanted to eat outside. They were very attentive and came over to fill up our drinks before we had to ask. The food was really good, and you get lots for the price. I will definitely go again!"
