"Was thrilled to try this new Burgerplatz, as the Instagram feed looked very good. But when I and my friends ordered, we were not at all impressed by the food. The burgers did not look really good and were very dry, the bungalows were also very dry. We ordered chess chips and there were hardly any cheese on the chips. My friend ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was also very dry and she could not eat. The service was good. Waitress was very friendly and efficient and always asked if we needed something else. On Instagram it was said that we would get a free Dessert Aswell that was not offered, but we were not too worried about it. Overall not satisfied with the taste and quality of the food at all."

"We had a great Turkish meal there. Food was really delicious. We order sultan special platter and the quantity was really great. It was hard for four of us to finish even tho the menu says its for 2 to 3 people. Turkish food supposed to dry but it was juicy inside which makes it even more delicious. We also had Turkish dessert and tea and that was amazing."

"My experience was ruined by visiting the ladies toilet first, it was dirty and unusable. Knowing the toilet was so bad, I feared the hygiene in the kitchen would not be what it should. Having said that I was with a large group and had to eat, the pizza I ordered was nice, it was was a leggara one, so lighter and less cheese than their normal pizzas. Another person in the group ordered a pizza from their normal range and he found it way too cheesy, he was unable to eat it. Another friend ordered the risotto, she said it lacked flavour, those who ordered the pasta said it was ok."

"This is the first time I've ever visited one of these restaurants, it seemed a good option to choose when we were out with our daughter. We ordered her a kids meal, which was completely free as we were ordering an adult meal too. This is brilliant, and just the sort of things parents need more of! Our daughter's food also came first, and wasn't scalding hot like most other places. That's not to say it was cold, not by any means. It was ideal and it meant that we all finished near enough at the same time, not us sat there waiting for our daughter to finish! I had the Chicken Katsu noodles, which was delicious. I couldn't fault it! My partner had a Smoky Joe burger and he also enjoyed it. Our daughter's meal was fish fingers, with chips and beans which she loved. Plus she got a drink and a dessert too, (she chose Vanilla ice cream , and with it being free it was even better! The staff were mostly very good, but looked a little flustered. Needless to say, it was fairly busy, but we were not kept waiting! Improvements I would suggest would be a bigger restaurant, more people will definitely come! I will definitely visit here again! "It starts to feel like christmas a lot. we're just a few days out, but I wanted to tell you about the first Christmas thing I did this year! the very nice pippa emailed me to say that she organized something that burger, christmas and some other bloggers and I was thrilled. Now they don't have to ask me twice when it comes to burger, do they?"
