"Le titre résume notre expérience à l'auberge des Neiges. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'ensemble de l'équipe. Tous nos repas étaient très bons. Un seul bémol peut-être pour les frites qui pourraient être fraîches et la fondue au chocolat à 20 euros pour 2 qui était trop chère (2 fraises, une moitié de pomme, 1/4 de kiwi...). Globalement très bien. Service aussi un peu trop rapide. Sinon quel plaisir de déguster un vin chaud en terrasse au pied des pistes."

"The food here is classic French cuisine. We had the 5 coursers, starting with a soup, followed by foie grass, duck breast, cheese, and then a variety of fruit sorbets that were delicious. Every course was delicious. The owners are a beautiful couple, the lady...of whom was very friendly and made the dining room experience very pleasant! Would definitely come back."

"Cyril maintient avec fougue et talent la tradition de David.Quoi de plus sympa après ses achats de poissons que de rester quelques instants au comptoir pour savourer quelques tapas de la mer ou 6 huitres mais aussi de s'asseoir pour déguster moules marinières ou cubes de poisson à la plancha accompagnés de légumes croquants en papillote. Si en plus le jurançon est gouleyant( avec modération) et les voisins avenants (sans modération) on a tous les ingrédients pour une halte conviviale en peine ambiance des halles ( à laquelle s'ajoute de temps en temps la présence tonifiante d'une banda ).A revivre sans modération"

"The Patisserie Bordelaise is the best cake shop in town bar none. Also home made chocolates and pates de fruits. They do serve teas but hardly qualifies as a restaurant. I've been popping in here for the odd treat when the occasion demands, regularly for the past 10 years or so. In January their Galletes des Rois are the best in town too."

"Unforgettable experience a stay at the peak of the noon to discover the site and astronomy it offers. The meal was just as good. starting with a cup of champagne and a tasted mouth! In the entrance an excellent smoked foie gras accompanied by a half bottle of saint nicolas of burgueil (there is too much at this altitude), a sturgeon back with mussel sauce and a very good macaron with fruit in dessert. The total foot!"
