"Café Concrete is located in downtown Bochum and often well visited. You can especially recommend the good breakfast. But in the afternoon you can also drink a hot coffee and eat a snack. Unfortunately, the café is located directly on a busy street, but you can sit well outside in beautiful weather."

"The Arabic, oriental place is centrally located in the city centre – a bit from a side street – a corner house. We left our car in a garage nearby, it wasn't a problem. With 10 people we stayed there in the evening and had previously reserved by phone. The place was already well occupied at some tables. We had a nice big table and were kindly received and served. In the restaurant there was an oriental decoration – tables and chairs were more European. First we tried 40 dishes together (you can order from 10 servings). This is very varied and colourful compiled: vegetables, filled bread, creams, hot and cold dishes. I have eaten a calfsragout in Laub pastries with rice and mixed salad – the part was big, the meat was delicious, all supplements I did not all. However, residues can be packed and taken along. The others have ordered chickens, lambs and vegetarians. I didn't make dessert anymore. Some have tried fruit and the map also offers other desserts. But we still drank Mocha. The selection of drinks was generally quite pleasant and large. A herbal tea with fresh mint, thyme etc. has tasted particularly good to me. Overall a decent meal – you can meet with friends and acquaintances. However, it is necessary to like this type of spices: cinnamon, cloves, pierment, coriander, yogurt, etc. are (almost) always there."

"Here you feel a warm welcome as a vegan. In the Ruhr area that is still not the norm. Almost every dish you can get with tofu, also you can order vegan duck and vegan chicken. I love the vegan duck with non-dairy peanut sauce. The non-meat is made from seitan. Good salads and yummy home made ice teas. The restaurant is cozy."

"Das Konzept des Five hält, was es verspricht! Dadurch, dass das Menü schon online ausgesucht wird, beginnt der Abend direkt entspannt. Zum Start den aktuellen Hauscocktail genossen, dann ein durchdachtes Fünfgangmenü mit Weinbegleitung. Durch den Abend führt der Sommelier/Koch/Kellner in Personalunion so gekonnt, dass man nicht entscheiden kann, welchen dieser Berufe er ursprünglich gelernt hat. Besser geht's nicht! Wir hoffen auf ein langes Leben für's Five, das nach dem ersten Besuch bereits zu unseren Lieblingsrestaurants zählt."

"We ordered this for the first time (for pickup) yesterday. We chose No Chik'n Burger, Green Earth Burger, Chikardo Burger, a vegan packaging and pommes. The phone call was good. In the end, they repeated what we had ordered. The pickup in the store was also good. Again they read what we had ordered. We liked that, because with this procedure, not much can go wrong The food was ready on arrival. Top! Everything tasted delicious. It was fresh, juicy and the dishes looked good. Every burger had another game. Unfortunately there is only one pack (falafel packaging) to choose from. With salads and fries it is unclear whether they are prepared vegan or not. For Dessert there is a fruit muffin, unfortunately nothing more. All in all, we were positively surprised. It would be nice to extend the vegan offer or highlight the menu even better"
