"Most underrated pizza spot in the GTA’s west end. Walk in and find the actual wood-fired stone oven cooking pizza, steps from the front door, and the owner; a quiet and gentle old man tending to the fire or the pizzas in there. Order your pizza any way you like, and ask for the “spicy” treatment for additional chilli added all over your pie. He will also add a blend of coriander, ginger and garlic all over the pie, free of charge. Not gonna deny the strange atmosphere and vibe of this place, but the pie is fantastic and cheaper than any of the big names. I’m not even sure there is actual pricing because the owner just enters even numbers in the till when we buy pizza here, but it is undoubtedly cost effective. Enjoy."

"I bought some groupons and went here. The experience was great. The staff was friendly, the children had a great time to choose their tastes and all the different toppings. For the first time to eat Frozen Yogurt and I have to say Menchies made me a fan."

"Just finished brunch at this location and this is the second time we've had a bad experience there. Cappuccino came out cold, Mochaccino was watery, sausage and pancakes came out over cooked. Overall a bad experience. Doubt we will be back."

"This is your place if you like so much salt that it it dries up the blood in your veins as soon as you set it on your tongue. It used to be great! So the two score is in memory of thier formerly great...food. Last three times, same issue. Inedible due to salt. Three strikes, you are OUT!"

"The restaurant seats about people, the waitress was friendly and helpful which led tp a warm atmosphere. The cesar salad was fresh and Ok. The pork schnitzel was good with onions and sauerkraut the sides of coleslaw and pickled beets were tasty. My wife...loved her perogies. One person had the goulash which were chunks of beef in a gravy looked good The blueberry perogies as a dessert were fine. The seating is not conducive for people having serious knee or hip problems as the seats are high. The only regular seating are tables for two"
