"Really lovely food and really lovely attentive service. Would recommend. It is a set menu so a little less of a classic tapas experience but that doesn 't take anything away from the quality of the food and really nice venue. Would definitely recommend!"

"Was struggling to find somewhere to eat on a busy Friday night with the Christmas markets going on but found this place on the way back to the hotel. It’s has a nice atmosphere, Freud my staff and great food to match. Everything is well priced and we got served very quickly. Would love to come back and try more again!"

"One of the best blown things I had in one! the personal was informed about the different flavors and suggested that I tried a brown sugar tea with tapioca. very fast service, great to see paper straws and a beautiful branding design! and the personal was in high spirits that were good to see, especially with the weather so dirty. only 4 stars, because the price is a little too expensive!"

"I've visited primrose cafe a number of times before as although it can be busy they've always had gluten and dairy free options but I won't be visiting again. Firstly I was given a hot drink when I ordered it iced. Not a problem at...all as easy error but when I politely pointed this out as the drinks were given to us the woman who appeared to be the manager or owner sighed and eye rolled. I ordered my food with the same lady and clearly stated the meal needed to be gluten and dairy free. When the food was given to us by a different waitress I double checked it was gluten free (I'm a worrier as it makes me ill) and she said no they had given me normal bread but apologised and took it back. I was happy for them just to replace it with gluten free as mistakes happen. The lady who took our order then came out of the kitchen and stated I didn't hear you say gluten free my friend told her actually we did tell you. She then just repeated that she hadn't heard me. No apology she was actually very confrontational in front of the whole cafe making everyone feel uncomfortable. She proceeded to loudly tell the kitchen (again in earshot of the whole cafe) that I hadn't told her I needed gluten free. Being accused of lying about such a thing is ridiculous I clearly told her while I was ordering. We almost left at this point but honestly I was so hungry and didn't want to have another confrontation so eventually the waitress served the meal with gluten free bread. The food nothing special at all and hash not cooked through. Certainly much lower standard than they were providing 4-5 years ago. The lady who served us also spoke down to the young staff in a rude way as well I felt very sorry for them. It creates an awful atmosphere in there."
