"While visiting relatives in Castrovillari, they treated us to this wonderful restaurant. Antipasti consisted of about 9 different offerings- cured meats, cheese, tripe, eggplant, potatoes, cicoria with beans, cipollini, frittata, and fried zucchini flowers. THEN the pasta course of strozzaprete with tomatoes and mushrooms. If that wasn't enough there was a meat course of perfectly grilled and seasoned chicken, steaks and sausage. Of course salad was served, then fruit, coffee, limoncello and bitters. What a delicious meal! Oh, I almost forgot....all this served with a wonderful homemade wine. Time for a nap."
