"Always busy so worth booking. Had another lovely meal here. Great service, so much choice. Fillet steak with Dolchette sauce was excellent. Meatball pasta beautiful. Limoncello dessert, lovely and a decent glass of wine. The crispy potatoes and fresh veg are also very tasty. Best restuarant in LB and surrounding area. Minor point...maybe Italian bread with the starters rather than that served would be more authentic."

"After searching for a coffee shop and returning empty twice we stumbled over this place via Google Maps. Imagine my excitement when I discovered that they served vegan waffles! Not only that, but the waffles were great like coffee."

"Had a lunch here on recommendation from the pub up the road. Place was quiet on a weekday but very friendly bar lady and even a visit from the chef. The visit was to apologise because he forgot the cheese on my wife's salad. The mistake was quickly rectified and drinks were free as an apology. This was a gesture that we really didn't expect as the mistake was genuine and caused minimal delay. Food was very well priced, quality was good. Can recommend but maybe I'm biased as I took a punt on the fruit machine and won £10 on the first spin."

"Great place to get fruit and veg has a good animal feed section covering fish small animals up to horses and horse tack. There's a section of gifts a section for garden tools and fertilizers. They have a cafe with a dogs allowed area too. If you have a well behaved dog that's good on recall they have a walking field to the side with a small wooded area that runs up to a stream that being used to help our Vole population, you can let you dog off for a good run. Note it's not fully enclosed."

"I was booked afternoon tea as a gift in the Duchess Room which with my husband we were really looking forward to when we arrived we were taken to the Bedford room, which was cold and uninviting. We were told this is where the booked afternoon teas are held now. As a coeliac my sandwiches and scones were actually good, but the cakes were really bad, shop bought and stale. My husbands normal afternoon tea was few and far between, small sandwiches, tiny scones and again the cakes were stale, and clearly shop bought (really sweet, bland and over processed). Additionally there were ridiculous amounts of wasps trying to land on our food that we kept having to shoo away. Other diners were having the same problem. The waiting staff were disinterested in helping. For the home of afternoon tea we were really disappointed, not worth your money and not worth your time. Steer clear!"

"The tea room is perfect for afternoon tea after a long walk through the scenic Woburn gardens. The café is well stocked and the scones are really tasty. Would recommend sitting outside as you are surrounded by a tidy lawn and beautiful plants and trees. The children love to pick up the conkers in autumn and overall makes for a lovely experience"
