"Since when does a prime rib come seared! This dinner was for 16 people and 95% of the plates had to be sent back. One well done filet mignon was sent back due to being a half inch thick and leathery...the manager brought the redo and said, 'who ordered a well done steak that didn 't want it well done? ' So rude! The server was great..but the manager and kitchen really dropped the ball!"

"Let's say it yesterday. West Gate was really dead before 17:00 on Saturday I was surprised to have so many places closed or in construction. Lola was actually the only restaurant that really did business. I've been here with a lot for a brunch event. This time we only sat, had a few beers outside and then went into a cooler area. The atmosphere inside is nothing special. The chairs are sunken, spoiled and uncomfortable. The service is very good, thank you. Since we were there for a while, we decided to order salads. I ordered the avocado salad with shrimps. He ordered the chicken caesar. The salads were delicious, the only thing we had was the excessive salad dressing. The salad dress was so exaggerated that it drowned the vegetables in the salad. I love salad so I want to taste my vegetables. Managers please encourage who makes the salads to make sure exactly how much salad dressing they apply to the salad before they send it out. Not only accept that each salad loves dressing because they don't."

"I really like this McDonald’s, the facility is always clean, nice workers normal customers, food quality for McDonalds is great, food is hot, bathroom clean. I come to eat this McDonald's do a little work. Customers are not loud, there are no children walking around, WiFi is great!! Nice sitting area outside too. Definitely visit a big McDonalds!"
