"This was our first time dining at On20. We made our reservation a month or so ago, not knowing that it was Restaurant Week. On20 did call us ahead of time to let us know this, and we opted to keep our reservation. We arrived on time for our 7 p.m. reservation. We were sat immediately. Our server was nowhere to be found. We weren't even able to place drink orders (through a different server) for 20+ minutes after sitting. The server (younger, long black hair glasses), was a ghost for nearly our entire meal. She was slow in retrieving our drinks from the bar. She was gone even longer when we wanted to place food orders. We ordered a second drink after the first course, which she forgot at the bar. The bartender brought them to our table. My cocktail was warm which meant it had been sitting there for some time. She did not clear any plates or bus the table at all. We tried to order another drink just after our main course arrived. She took the order, but forgot to put it in. When she finally came back (after we were finishing our desserts), I asked her to cancel the order (she conceded she forgot it). The food was also underwhelming. The veal was fatty and the flavors did not mesh well. I expected much more from On20 given its reputation. I would have a very hard time returning and giving them another shot. I worked in the service industry for 10 years. Though I like the idea of a forced service charge for the staff, I can't help but wonder if it disincentives good service."

"We went to brunch before a show in bushnell. we had an 11:00 reservation and were immediately sitting on a nice table in the back room. all the dining rooms are beautiful and spacious. eating was very good, as described, and very large portions. the bloody mary was beautiful and the coffee was delicious and plentiful. the prices were something on the high side, but not exceptional. we liked it so much that we bought a gift certificate for a friend. we would definitely return."

"Solid breakfast place. I've worked downtown for almost 2 years and it still surprises me how many people don't know about Take Five! I come here for breakfast a couple of times a month and usually get a BEC on a hard roll. Everything is cooked fresh and to your liking. You can add toppings as well. In addition to breakfast sandwiches and omelettes, they've got a fruit bar, yogurt, cereal, and some other options for you. The chefs always have smiles on their faces and the people at the checkout ask your name and how your day is going."

"Super good place delicious! Nice to have healthy options in downtown especially near UConn. Their peanut butter is my favourite part it's very simple with few ingredients with a heavy peanut flavour. I'd recommend this to tourists and locals alike!"

"Banh Meee is a delicious choice for Pho (soup) or any quick lunch when you're downtown Hartford. An friendly staff, clean and cute atmosphere. I always get the chicken pho has tons of noodles, extra bean sprouts to cool it down, and jalapenos. The favor is delicious. Reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I love it because you can order ahead and get in and out quickly."
