"This was no doubt a hidden gem in Montreal. It was our first time so we tried a bit of everything and there were no missed steps. We started with the shrimp empanadas and ceviche. Since it was our first time trying ceviche, we ask the owner of his recommendation of how to have it prepared - they offer a bunch of customization options. We went with his suggestion and were happily blown away by the vibrant flavors and freshness of it. The empanadas were awesome as well! Some of the best I have had. My sons shared the paella which many other reviewers raved about...they were not mistaken. Very good paella and a good portion size. My teenagers have good appetites and they were satisfied. We also tried the shrimp tacos and some of the fresh juices. Honestly, everything was really good. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and you could tell that the owner and his family were good people that loved feeding the customers. I will definitely return when I am in Montreal."
