"It would be hard to find a more relaxed place to enjoy a meal. that is unbelievable. the personal was attentive, but seemed to understand when they only spend a little time relaxing. menu a little limited, but if we ask for some items. they did not fix them on the menu for us. prices very reasonable."

"My wife and I did not feel like cooking, so we decided to get in the car and dine at the Marina. When we arrived at the security gate, the guard asked which restaurant we were going to visit. We weren't sure and said we would decide when we looked at the menus. It wasn't until we offered a restaurant name that he let us pass. Not a good start!On this evening three restaurants were open, we chose the Marina Grill. July in Manzanillo is slow for tourism, so we had choice of seating overlooking the boats in the marina.We started with drinks and the asparagus appetizer; the asparagus was wrapped by a sheet of melted cheese, there also was a medley of cut bell peppers in a fruit compote. My wife had grilled chicken accompanied with pasta and salad. I went for the grilled salmon with fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes. Portions of fish and meat were generous, the sides were the right size. We shared the cheesecake with a couple of cappuccinos.The food was very good, the surroundings superb, and the service was not rushed, but attentive. We had two waiters serving us and both spoke English.Price for drinks, appetizer, main courses, dessert and cappuccinos was $730 pesos. This is an excellent restaurant for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. On previous occasions we have had the Caesar Salad for 2 and Spanish coffees. Both of these are prepared at the table."

"The atmosphere here is fantastic. The ocean sounds combined with the pleasant live music made for a pleasant dining experience. The open aire dining was comfortable. The menus had both Spanish and English descriptions. The food was incredible. My guest had the pistachio pescado (as...he had in the past) and it was as delicious as he remembered. I had the surf and turf and it was also delicious. The portion sizes are large. The scallop appetizer was tender, served on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes and almonds, and tasted great. The service was impeccable. Definitely a must if you are in the area!"

"Los platillos están muy ricos en sabor, buena porción, el servicio es un poco lento pero es debido a que los preparan en el momento. Están a orilla de la playa, por lo que es agradable comer en el lugar y ver el atardecer. Lo recomiendo!"

"We have tried another place for each food in the last week. this place was from our hotel on the road. they have a large area for the speisenbuffets. the cost is low, so many use it. I think the hotel roommates have. the meals included in their hotel plan. many food choices, including many Mexican favorites, a fresh fertile and a place to order eier every style. there are several tables along the rear balcony facing the ozean. many more tables in the buffet room. one of the employees brings them juice or coffee."

"This new little restaurant is an easy walk from Hotel La Posada or Roca Del Mar. It features many items high lighting the cuisine of different areas of Mexico. A friend with us ordered enchiladas with mole (a beautiful dark rich mole) sauce. Our waitress spoke quite good English and said the mole contained nearly 60 ingredients. It was a bit bitter in taste for me but the guys in our group thought it was excellent. We ordered special fruit ades, the first was guava (and was excellent); the second was pineapple (and even better). This would definitely be a "do over" for us. I just hope that it manages to stay afloat (many of the new smaller places seem to flounder and do not have a financial reserve to tide them over during the "off season". Only draw back no a/c and the overhead fans were damaged by the recent hurrican."
