"Love Viera's! ALWAYS fresh tasty bakery items. They decorate their cookies for each holiday and the cookies are super cute and they taste good! The staff is ALWAYS polite and helpful and bilingual. They are a very well established business and one of Pasco's finest. I love going here for a treat. Downtown Pasco struggles with a growing homeless population please don't let those who may be near the building stop you from going in or reflect on this business negatively. Viera's is a wonderful place to get a yummy pastry and the decorate beautiful cakes. Enjoy and support our local businesses!"

"$17 $16.93 to be exact after taxes) for a Patty Melt with Fry's and one sauce that comes with burnt Toast. When I asked why it was burnt I was told that is how its made. Lady that was was running the front end was very kind and did say if I didn't like it like that I could bring it back which was nice. Unfortunately this will more than likely be my last time at this place due to how expensive everything is and the bang for your buck factor.Edit: To the owner that replied. You don't need to make toast black to make it crispy because it's white bread nor have I ever been anywhere where a patty melts bread are done to that point but to each of their own. Enjoy the extra star for being so kind as to offer a refund."

"The worst experience! I really wanted to go to Helados La Michoacana but they don't have them in Seattle. I was walking through Pasco and took the opportunity to go, when we arrived there was a long line I think we waited about 20 minutes to order. To begin with, it is only a box, the menu of ice creams/popsicles, juices, etc. You can't see it from the cash register, the only menu that can be seen is the menu for food and snacks because it's the only one they have where the cashier is. The cashier is not friendly by the way, but in most Latino stores/restaurants they are like that, unfortunately! To cut a long story short, this place needs a little more order because it's very difficult to know what to order if you don't have a menu in front of you! Especially if it is the first time you go! maybe one box to order food/snacks and one for ice cream/juices or put the menus closer together!? The truth is that I had a very bad time and I DID NOT want to return, maybe in another place ... but not in that one!"

"Friendly, accommodating, local and exotic sweets. Amazing food. I got the prim rib dip. Juicy w/o the dip. Came out fast and hot. Trucker friendly. Bathrooms. They do close at 6. But a good option to the traditional overcrowded truck stops."
