"Yes, I want Starbucks much better now because it has, I appreciate more interesting employees. The last time I went there doesn't matter what I asked that they looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about, that I never said anything that just stared at me. This time I ordered in the app and then realized that I could not make it there in time to get the order called and ask them to delay the order and they were more than in the delay of the order. If I had 10 bucks with me to give us a tip, I could probably have been grateful to her. But after seeing all the new online thing about how the app was punished with something outside of what is already listed, I will not do it regularly for me because I sometimes want something else. So, considering that special orders can cost as much as $20 for a cup of coffee and I never try to go in peak times I still don't want to be guilty of punishing an employee from anywhere. I ordered an espresso frappuccino. I hope that was not too far from the way I asked for whipped cream on it and that was an extra that I added. Staff who served me were absolutely wonderful and happy about it and I was so grateful. If they get their app fixed so they can't mistakenly order a drink that would be taxed on the employees, I would definitely use it in this restaurant."
