"Be nicer to customers. If you choose to put your business on Groupon, don't give us attitude when we buy the Groupon. It's just hypocritical and bad customer service. Waffles are like soft ass donuts and the ice cream isn't nice anyway- taste like it's made with stevia or something. Shakes were lacking in syrup/flavour so upon drinking tasted like milk, but strangely had a pungent aftertaste. Would rather pay less at gelatissmo for better ice cream and Max Brenner for waffles. The manager did not seem to care about explaining the options we had at all, and rolled her eyes impatiently while we were selecting our choices. <br>"
