"Delicious food, great customer service, but prepared for traffic jams are worse than the Blue Route and Schuylkill Expressway. I really need to give credit to this location for their amazing employees and customer service. Sometimes I wonder if this location has hired all the best fast food workers in the area that force all other local fast food sites to rent the remains. Customer service here is incredibly refreshing, especially after one of the fast food locations below Baltimore Pike. The great food and customer service comes at a price, although... absolutely terrible traffic jams. Make a wrong turn in the shopping center and are ready to sit in traffic for up to 15-20 minutes at times. Make a wrong turn after picking up your order... You could also start climbing down and be willing to board the passage line again to buy your children another dinner after dinner."

"Well I have always loved the food choices but haven?t been in lately. Saw several not so good reviews but had an opportunity to give it try anyway. We worked outside until almost dark but got there at 8:15pm (hours are posted OPEN til 10pm) EPIC FAIL! Didn?t get to eat anything. We walked in and were told we are only open for drive thru. Nothing posted, no indication of why. So I asked why it was not posted or anything. Got told ?sorry we are closing a little early still?. REALLY!! An hour and 45 minutes is NOT a little early. Sad, it takes little effort to update online so people don?t waste time. New management or something?"
