"After a day of a professional trip from Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, I landed at 23 o'clock so much took the Vances, tired and with one desire: eating. I thought I'd find a quiet little restaurant. The place was very lively, the boss was playing music quizz with customers and invited me to serve directly behind the bar. After his game ended, and his defeat accepted, he took my order and asked me if I could help him out the bulky, in exchange for the free meal. It was a nice entry in matter but it was in agreement with the atmosphere of the place: two customers tried to make the toupies run on the ground, a woman gave to a child while playing cards, others cooked sausages on a barbecue on the terrace. After a good rib of beef, the lights turned out and everyone started dancing on hits of the 80s. We were on an open bar formula, everybody was blue. At 3H in the morning the boss began to make crêpes, then invited those who wanted to make them themselves. I've rarely eaten such good pancakes. The police came twice during the evening without applying any penalty, visibly accustomed to moving. The evening ended at seven o'clock in the morning, most of the evening guests slept directly in the bar or in the neighbors who lived above. The next day I missed my plane but it was really worth it!"
