"I waited for an hour for the food I never got. As soon as I went thru, they told me they would take my order on the window (as there were several cars before me in both lanes)?.ok no problem? One hour? people start parking there cars in the drive thru, wake up and order? 20 minutes and them? with the largest orders possible. However, our line has not moved to the point where people came out before me, took off cars, turned them off and stretched out because they were not able to leave the line. Staff did not communicate why this attitude took so long. Looking at the walk-in window I didn't see any problems? I waited for an hour and at this point I didn't even want the food and everything I wanted was a freak. The lady in front of me ordered a drink and waited approx. 30 minutes on it and about another 10-15 minutes to get it even. I'm disappointed and will never come back here again. I try to understand, but that was ridiculous"
