"Atmosphere: Sophisticated and chic but in a relaxed, casual and welcoming manner. Waitress and other staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Decor was bang on.Food: Fantastic weekday lunch consisting of:(i) Starter Smoked Pork Ribs which were delicious and literally fell off the bone as soon as you touched them. "We visited early Friday evening, intending to eat before a concert, but this is more a bar than a restaurant. The menu was very sparse we ordered sharing plates which had the food been special would have been fine but it was bland and general unexciting and quite poor value. Very disappointing."

"When I arrived, the service was very attentive but then the waitress didn't come back to take our order for over 15 minutes so I had to go to the bar to ask for our order to be taken. Once ordered, the food came quite fast. I had the Vegetable Thai curry with Chicken. The curry itself was quite good but the chicken was very hard. I let the waitress know and gave a discount as an apology so that was excellent. My friend had the fish pie but it had very little seafood in it. It was not busy when I arrived but it was busier by 130pm. It was not loud in there so easy to have a conversation so that was great. Clean and very nice toilets as well."

"Great restaurant and staff! I’m vegetarian and my boyfriend eats meat so perfect choice for our different dietary requirements. The restaurant also had a partnership with an organisation that funds breakfast for kids with struggling parents. A mere 30p is added to the bill. Fantastic idea!"
