"Unfortunately absolutely unculant for our seminar participant! We recommended the hotel, but due to the Corona guidelines we had to cancel the event in the planned form. Our participant had to pay the full price: The reasons: 1. She would have booked a fare in which a cancellation would not have been possible (which unfortunately the participant didn't know anything about) as the next statement came: On 11.3. Corona had already had to know that there were problems (which was told me as an organizer when I tried to convey), as the next justification came that the participant had already paid by quick transfer during the booking. And in Top came an email, cancellations are only accepted in writing. In this context, our participant was not informed on the phone in June. Yesterday the cancellation was in the system (if I called), today came: only in writing. We've been pulled over the table. This is not how to deal with customers! I will definitely not recommend this hotel at future events!"
