"A completely unplanned trip to Kaiserslautern and my breakfast was unusual. After an appointment in the city centre it was not possible to have lunch. A few weeks before we were recommended by acquaintances of Mr Lian, but the branch outside the Einsiedlerhof district. Pan-Asian Restaurant writes on www. probably the not so straight line of the house. We controlled the walk-in restaurant in the centre of the Schillerplatz. This offers many seats, but only a few tables were occupied during our visit. Our first impression: dark. It was finally a sunny day, but gray curtains and grey lacquered ceiling, walls and gray seat cushion made it very difficult for daylight. My camera was very nice for the dark facts. The young employee gave us a second table in the darkest corner. There were two tables next door. Are the running paths of the service optimized? Next to the entrance there was a large table at the window and we asked if we could take a seat here. We were allowed. Did I hear what? We're not ashamed, because at the end of our lunch, almost all tables were still free. We immediately ordered a large bottle of mineral water, followed by a second bottle. I've "used", so without price. We ordered as starters: For us EDAMAME: Baby soybeans served with sea salt 4,90 EUR. Always tasty to go. Edamame for my husband SPRINGROLLS: Vietnamese spring rolls filled with shrimps and vegetables, served with homemade limes Chilli Dip 5,60 EUR. For me ALMOST NUDE: Vietnamese summer rolls filled with salad, cucumbers, rice noodles, roasted peanuts, served with light homemade limes Vinaigrette. Variant with Tempura Shrimp 5,60 EUR. Freshly prepared appetizers were served a little later and we were very browned. Four spring rolls, crispy and freshly roasted. A chili lime dip – fine. Spring rollers The summer rolls were also absolutely my case. Fresh salad leaves, roasted peanuts wrapped the shrimps. Wrapped from the rice leaf and served with a fine homemade lime ginger vinaigrette. Summer Rolls We simply chose the main course without tormenting us through the diverse possibilities of the sushi components: KAMASUTRA for 2 people (being beautiful! Lian Special Roll Salmon Dangerous Role Kappa Maki Seaweed Salat 4 pieces Nigiri 35,00 EUR Freshly prepared the Sushi specialities. The counter is with fresh and chilled ingredients for guests, you can observe during preparation. Fresh ingredients That made a really good impression. On a slate table our Kamasutra was served as a Japanese landscape with Firlefance. Without first cleaning the feed plates. Luckily we had a big table! I was afraid: much in Kaiserslautern (especially Asia and Mexicans are very adapted to the American inhabitants of the US Army. In the meantime, I visited the toilet rooms in the basement. These were redesigned by the previous operator and creatively with the middle of the “handwash fountain”. Cleanliness was okay. It worked with the number someday. But only cash. I have not yet found any indication that the EC figures are not possible. In a restaurant in this size and adapted to American guests: Fully OFF! Our money was enough – and the one-time visit was enough for us. Not bad, but in Kaiserslautern we know better and more authentic addresses."
