"Did you know that the food court in the Philam Tower has gone a major revamp? It's now called Tower Cafe and currently has more than 20 stalls of different cuisines from familiar brands and new entrants. Teppan Teppan is a newcomer and they serve you sizzling meats on a hot plate. <br>

Teppan Teppan is a new perspective of the sizzling hot plate style of presentation. It is a fusion of Japanese & Filipino cuisine with a Chinese approach. The word “Teppan” is derived from a Japanese word which means “iron plate”. The foods that they serve are cooked on the same plate ensuring that you’ll savor all the flavors and essence of the meat.<br>

The “Teppan” or iron plate is their representation and identity. This symbolizes that they care about their customers just as they value their teppan as it is very meticulous to handle. They also, believe that having a great meal doesn’t need to be pricey. The menu offers the perfect balance of delicious food and low prices without compromising the quality.<br>

My team and I got to try three of their dishes, Burger Steak with gravy; Chicken Teriyaki and Beef Tapa with gravy. These three savory dishes were too affordable making it a worthy meal. If you are in the area, I suggest taking a stop here for a filling meal.

"This is one of the best chill place ever. I recommend you to try their 5 layer nacho dip, Martha's Caesar salad - my mom's favorite, Brazilian tenderloin, Boneless bourbon ribs, Oysters!! Aahh don't ever settle for the 4 cause it won't satisfy you hahaha so get the 8 pcs instead, fish and chips and of course buffalo wings. I love their milkshakes so much (I've been ordering it everytime I dine here with my friends or family). Their strawberry and mocha milkshake is the best ❤️ But if you're not into much of sweets you can order fruit shakes or if you like to add more to cap off the night they offer beers and wines too. For the dessert, try their Tiramisu, New York cheesecake, Dark caramel cake and molten chocolate skillet. <br>

"Not your ordinary noodles. It's your universal noodles.<br>

Am not sure why the chain used "Universal Noodles" for their Philippine branding. But I am sure their noodle soup is not just a fluff. The base soup, which, if prepared like the ones in their Japan branches, is simmered for 20 hours to achieve the intensely meaty, opaque pale tonkotsu broth (beware, the broth here in our country may have lots of cellulite floating). On a rainy afternoon after bank errands, I really cared less, so I ate those fats anyway.<br>

Their Salcedo branch is tucked in Signa Designer Residences' ground floor, along Valero St. (you can get off PBCOM if you're commuting and just walk). One can customize their bowl - from choosing the spices to the firmness of the noodles to be used. I didn't bother doing it, I checked the Chef's recommendation button and am good. The place is small, but they did make a good job designing it you won't feel cramped at all. <br>

"Visited Mantra Bistro for lunch today. Ordered Masala Chai (Spiced Milk Tea served hot @ Php 85), Chicken Samosa (Chicken Stuffed Fried Triangles @ Php 250), Bhuna Gosht (Lamb / Mutton Curry @ Php 475) and Butter Naan (The famous Indian bread @ Php 100 each). Loved the naan and mutton. It was perfectly cooked! The samosa was served with tamarind sauce and tasted average hence won't recommend. The upside of Mantra Bistro is their decor and I really liked that they served the dishes piping hot. The downside was the service because it was really slow and tea was served last even though we told the waiter to serve it first. Overall, good for a visit for Indian food lovers :)"

"Located in a busy street of Carlos Palanca, Makati. The Belle and Dragon not only is a great place to have some drinks after office hours, they also serve really great food. <br>

Wanton Nachos - The very tender ground pork taste so good with crispy Wanton topped with Mozarella and Cheddar Cheese. The Hoisin Sour Cream Slaw and Sriracha Aioli Sauce are perfect combo.<br>

Soba Salad - The Soba Noodles were al dente. Sesame Dressing's smell will make you want to dig in more. Mix it well as there's Shrimp and Mangoes underneath.<br>

Chicken Karaage Baos - These were my favorite. The Fried Mantou Buns were a bit sweet but the saltiness flavor of the Chicken gave it a very distinct taste. <br>

Salt and Pepper Squid - Crispy and chopped bite sized. <br>

Salmon Aburi - Fried Brusell Sprouts and Bonito Flakes then sauted in Malt Vinegar. I enjoyed this dish because it was very tasty.<br>

Double Dragon Burger - The Black Angus meat was well seasoned. It was thick and tender. It has Cheddar Cheese and Caramelized Onions inside which makes it more succulent. You can ask for additional of Foie Gras, Fried Egg, Bacon or Sauteed Mushrooms. I highly recommend the Foie Gras. Crazily delicious.<br>

Jerked Chicken - The Peanut Satay Sauce tasted so good. The only thing we noticed though was that the chicken was not well cooked. <br>

House Dry Aged Steak - It was served rare but if you wanted it medium rare, you can ask them to do so. This was the bomb. Very mouthwatering for it was aged in house for 28 days. You can really taste the flavor throughout. <br>

Herb Crusted Salmon - Served with Corn Pudding, Charred Corn and Tomatoes. <br>

Shepherd's Pie - This tasted so good. The Curried Lamb made this dish very delectable. It's like your eating a Lasagna but it was not pasta but Mashed Potato. <br>

Masala Mac and Cheese - Not much fan of this dish as I find the Masala Spices too overpowering.<br>

Poached Eggs - It was ok but not really memorable.<br>

Crispy Pata - It was cooked well. Tender and very crispy and tomatoes on the side gave this dish more flavor to it. <br>

B&D Cheesecake - Best cheesecake I've had in my life. <br>

Magners - This beer made from seventeen varieties of apples. That makes this beer sweetest of all I've tasted. <br>

"Still looking for the best breakfast sandwich in Starbucks. I was already satisfied with the bagel bites, but dropping by Starbucks Reserve, I discovered their almond croissant I'm not a serious coffee drinker I like the milk, sugar and different syrups that you can put in coffee.
