"I have been to this location a few times, so my review is to reflect that rather than my most recent experience or rather lack of experience. As I have worked food service before, when I realized it was just over half an hour before this location would close, I wanted to head inside and ask if the kitchen was still open or starting their closing tasks. If not, I would have liked to place an order to go. I instead spent the next 15 minutes standing in front of the host stand, being ignored by the staff to the point that I left. I am not the kind of person to order food 15 minutes before closing as I feel it is unfair on the cooks at restaurants. I normally have a very good experience here and the food is amazing. However, even if the kitchen was already closing or closed, to show some modicum of respect, someone could have approached to inform me the kitchen was closed (should it be true or not)."

"Our family soggy wings and our children cold Mac n' cheese were not worth a picture.. Due to the appearance of management and employees, this place is much over micromanaged and the menu selection is really not on today's standards of health. Make your self a favor and look for better quality food somewhere else. Remember, you can always watch the game on your phone!"

"Oh, yeah! Here's the bomb! Well, for this particular location, note that the parking is tight. And when I tell you, I mean driving in New York City. But if you face this challenge, the restaurant is embedded among some of the gentrified and hip shops in the city. Let's talk about food. If you are a Tex Mexican fan, the food will definitely not disappoint. It comes from pipping hot, and the seasoning is perfect. Love cheese? I suggest chicken chimichumga with a dripping hot cheese. Oh, my goodness, it's absolutely amazing! This is definitely a must stop in place if you have never visited before, or a good place to try different food types."
