"Perfect night. We read some bad the reviews of this restaurant. We chose a wonderful dip, haloumi and bruschetta was delicious<br/>We had a prawns skewer that melted in the mouth whilst my mezza kabbab was most tasty.<br/>Definitely go back again . Don't trust the bad reviews"

"The food is nice. Which is a shame considering how his staff are treated. We were there on a packed out Wednesday night. One waitress was on doing everything from greeting guests to washing dishes. (And considering her odds, was doing a great job) The owner was sitting with his friends, she reminded him of someone's food that was due out - AND HE YELLED AT HER, IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! All because he'd forgotten. Then stood in the kitchen dinging on his bell like a defiant child.<br>
I haven't seen her there for a while. Hopefully, she saw that horrible man for what he really is and left.<br>
But yes, it's a shame.... His food is good, but I refuse to give him another cent."

"Ordered through UberEATS out of sheer laziness and really regretted my poor life choices. Every item in our meal was completely inedible, flavourless and extremely disappointing. I simply had to write a review for the first time ever in the interest of any fellow humans considering eating here. The food we received was so disgusting we had to throw it out. I can only hope that we are not made ill from the small amount of 'food' we did actually consume. I will never again betray my beloved Bollywood Spices (directly across the road from this hot-mess of an establishment) when we are hankering for a curry. Check them out for some quality Indian cuisine instead."

"This place is awesome, the staff are fantastic people. Been eating here for years and never had a 'dud ' meal. Their Honey Chicken is To Die For, the best. Also their Mongolian Beef Steak is the best around. 1st April 2023 They are still there, thank Goddess. The meals, staff and atmosphere is awesome. The business is still up for sale, but we will continue to eat there as long as we can."

"We go here when we have a lot of kids with us as it is cheep and cheerful. It is always busy and you often have to queue on the weekend for tables. You have to go to bar to order food and drinks with one person on the till so there can be quite a queue here around 7.30 on wards which is annoying as you are away from your friends at the table for ages. Once ordered and payed for you then wait at the bar area for the person to make your drinks before carrying them yourself back to the table. You pay on ordering which is good so once finished you walk away! The waiting staff bring food to table in dribs and drabs (not all together). This is a problem if you have ordered meals not to share but we always put everything in the middle and share so for this it is perfect as food keeps coming! The staff are not very friendly and could do with some training. No smiles here! But if you want a quick meal and no fuss this is the place! It is simple foods most dishes are very nice and for the price you pay it is very good value. Around $20 a head for one main and drink."

"Incredible Vietnamese selection of food. We enjoyed satay chicken noodles, hokkien noodles, duck, chicken laksa (was absolutely amazing). The food tastes so authentic and as a table of 10 we received our meals within 10 minutes of ordering. Drinks were also prompt and the coconut juice I wouled highly recommend. In addition, it is very cheap for all 10 of us, the bill was less than $200 including drinks (non alcoholic). Service was brilliant and very friendly. Thankyou Saigon Gate!"
