"Another amazing meal here must be my 6th visit over the years and never disappoints What’s nice is they’ve started to recognise I’m a repeat customer and made a real fuss of us Mick the owner and head chef came out to say hello no need but nice and then a complimentary bottle of Rioja came over really nice touch. "We had a fantastic meal after spending the morning in the beach nearby, based on other reviews we have called the restaurant 1 day in advance to order a specially made paella with some extras and it did not dissapoint! In fact we came for dinner the same day after knowing they were getting a fresh octopus from Villajoyosa (nearby town). Just to be clear, we came for the awesome flavours and great service, if you want to go for a meal with a nice view just find a tourist trap, La Cofradia serves food made with great care and passion. I understood that the reason to book a paella one day in advance is due to the small batch production based on the catch of the day."
