"Fuimos a pasar un grato agradable a la Playa La Manzanilla y decidimos sentarnos a comer en este restaurante. Debo confesar que todos los platillos y bebidas que ordenamos tenían un sabor agradable (aguachile, camarones a la diabla, ceviche de pescado, limonada mineral y cielo rojo). Sin embargo, quedamos muy decepcionados con el servicio y las políticas que tiene este establecimiento. En primer lugar, te exigen un consumo mínimo de $200 por persona o $600 por mesa, lo cual no está difícil de alcanzar ya que sus precios están algo elevados. Segundo, el servicio dejó mucho que desear, no tenían el restaurante lleno y se tardaron demasiado en notar nuestra presencia, en traernos la carta, regresar a ver que íbamos a ordenar y traernos las bebidas. Qué decir de recoger los trastes sucios o regresar para ver si queríamos ordenar algo más. Tercero y lo que me pareció más patético: te cargan el servicio (propina) a la cuenta, lo cual es algo ilegal y me parece muy de mal gusto, ya que como mencioné antes el servicio es pésimo y ya que si piensan cobrarlo de manera "obligatoria", deberían de brindar un servicio que esté a la altura de lo que cobran. Y por último, entendemos que el restaurante tiene un horario hasta las 7:00 PM pero me pareció de mal gusto que lleguen y te dejen la cuenta sin más, y no se acerquen ni con una lámpara para que puedas revisar tu cuenta. Está de más mencionar que no regresaremos a este establecimiento."
