"I belong to a small committee that has held its meeting in a room of the building and then lunch in the jardin des iles. we are consistently very satisfied with eating and service there. there is consistently a good selection of judges. be it the lunch special or another menu choice. the wine card has excellent local wines. in summer, the terrace in the spacious park is charming."

"We walk in with a reservation to a muted welcome from a waitress in a tracksuit. The restaurant is not full the whole time we are there, making us think perhaps a reservation was not required after all. The appetiser is extremely salty and heavy handed with sesame oil. The foie gras is the best experience of the night. The ravioli dish had some surprising touches. The main is smothered in a very unappetitising brown sauce. Although dessert is included in our banquet, we're charged extra for cafe gourmand. The wine is very good. Tables are spacious, and I liked the candles and chandeliers. We have tried to get to this restaurant a couple of times before albeit unsuccessfully, and this satisfies our curiosity. Don't think the Michelin guide got this one right though."

"Avec des amis, nous nous sommes rendu dans ce restaurant pour la 3ème fois. Nous avons à nouveau passé un bon moment à manger de la bonne viande (...à volonté) dans une ambiance amicale. Le service est correct...mais attention aux erreurs de addition !!!"
