"Grimaud Beach has many attributes, especially with regard to its location. It’s on a sandy beach with a lovely sea view. It’s fun watching the boats going in and out of the harbour, views of the bay of St Tropez, and the food is excellent....The bar staff with the notable exception of the Patronne (who is exceptionally rude and disagreeable, and should be avoided at all costs) are helpful and friendly. There is access via the ferry, or by dinghy, and also via a buggy from Grimaud 2. You can hire an umbrella and a sunbed via the bar staff, and the water nearest the harbour wall is shallow and suitable for children. I’d highly recommend this place, but do avoid the Patronne! I’d have given it five stars but for her rudeness!"

"We were so lucky to find this place...its difficult to find as from the road unless you are looking for it you will miss it! Set between 2 campsites it's a real haven....quiet and peaceful even when the rest of the public Beach is busy!...We spent several days there during our weeks holiday and the food at every lunchtime was excellent. There was not one thing on the menu to fault we enjoyed everything we tried. The food really is exceptionally good and to a high standard. Presented very well at a reasonable price. Very good value for money. The staff are friendly. We really enjoyed our relaxed lunches. The kitchen is small so don't expect rushed and quick service but for us that is a bonus and more time to enjoy the wine the staff are helpful and friendly. Best also to book as very popular but not crowded and seems to be a place for regulars. Highly recommended and we hope to return."

"You have to pay before you eat. We had a steak and salad. The entrecôte steak was simply awful, more fat and grizzle than anything. The salad was large and looked good but nothing more than assorted leaves. Will not be going there again!"

"We found this restaurant looking for internet and were intrigued by the course of the chef we had known a long time ago in the japon!! the frame is very beautiful with the choice of three spaces: inside, in the veranda and on the terrace. We ate on the map and on the menu and enjoyed all the dishes offered which are very sought after with beautiful flavor associations. And the couple that holds this restaurant is very nice. I'll go back there as soon as I can."
