"We visited wharf west twice to one week apart. During the first visit, we were enthusiastic: 20 mussels gratinated as an entry (even if a little too much cream obliterates the taste of the mussels), a salad of the terroir (benefit: it can be served in serving l or xl), a “ burger class” and a spider tartar. Not to mention the gourmet coffees that are worth a visit. only happiness! Unfortunately, mixed result during the second visit with friends. positive side: fish pots, intercoast, salmon tartars (tars are really worth the trip). negative side: the mussels too cooked and so dried but especially the duck magret, ordered rosé rather red, but served taillad, overcooked, hard, dry and without any flavor (probably frozen). The duck magret serves me as a test in many restaurants. the one served by west quay must be described as horrible. a port leucate, the reference for duck magret lovers remains the Admiral."
