"Our hotel recommended this original but inconceivable restaurant in the center of the city and the best advice he gave was to hear the recommendations... We did exactly that, Starter was the stuffed Rosor Clams, then one had the lamb (boiled to perfection, my daughter of the Parmentier de Cabillaud incredible, and I had the slowly cooked squid with oysters that was absolutely amazing. A strawberry and a Damme Blanche for Dessert were beautifully designed classics with a twist. I can't stress that enough, just the best meal we had in years... Even the house wine at the parking lot was perfect with the meal, as recommended by the owner. Merci Madame, nous allons sans doute revenir :"
