"Not what the reviews say! we have missed some tacos from our order and some tacos that were slandered like the black-designed garnels! the nachos had a very small amount of meat we had asked for jalapenos, we were sure they were in the bag. but they weren't. the cheese is served separately and is not enough definitiw. tacos fell apart when they tried to eat them, very disappointed. we spent $80 on tacos and we will not return and do not recommend rusty tacos! not to mention that it needs 28min for our order to be prepared!"

"Jerico's has been our point of contact for special occasions for years. Unfortunately, this time has not fulfilled all of our previous experiences. Usually the fillets (Knight's Cut) are incredibly tasty and tender. This time they were barely seasoned and had to be sent back to reach the medium kitchen we requested. This information was shared with both the hostess and our server. While the hostess offered to put another steak on the grill, we didn't want that as it would have been wasteful as we wouldn't be able to eat it then and we wouldn't be able to eat it at home in time. That being said, the only response / action was to say that you and our server are sorry. We will continue to recommend Jerico's, but also warn."

"They cancelled my reservation for 4 people at 5:00 saying I didn’t show up. They canceled it around 4:45. I was told that the previous hostess looked at it wrong and cancelled it because she thought our reservation was at 4. Because of the error, I couldn’t use my dining certificate and I didn’t get credit for the reservation. It was pretty disappointing. No one apologized and just shrugged their shoulders about it. I honestly don’t even understand the error as my reservation was cancelled before it was even time. My certificate should’ve been taking. I will not return after this."
