"Let's be clear: this is NOT the place where you should bring a woman on a first date. It is relatively simple, not fancy and it is not in a great area with lake/sea view or anything romantic.It is not even the cheapest place...So, why the five stars?Well, simply because the food it's great and I guess that's quite relevant as we're talking about a restaurant.I have been visiting this Portuguese restaurant multiple times and the food has always been great. In particular, I think it is always worth to try grilled fish (it is not very common to find good marine fish in the area) and the fish in general. The desserts are also normally very good.Service is also very friendly."

"Casa de Espana is always worth a visit. The Spanish restaurant at the Singener Rathausplatz is a cozy restaurant with Mediterranean dishes. My absolute favorites are the tapas plates and mussels in white wine sauce. The food is top and the prices are more than fine, the portions are lush. The great team at Casa de Espana's makes a great mood. The restaurant is also 1A! Hospitality is made great here. Definitely an absolute favorite!"

"Wie auffällig Unauffällig das MAC in der Nähe der alten Singener Scheffelhalle liegt, leider etwas ausserhalb der Innenstadt aber dennoch gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Oder mit dem Autohinfahren und dann einfach gegenüber auf dem grossen Parkplatz der Landesgartenschau parkieren, von dort sind es nur wenige Laufmeter bis zum MAC und zum Restaurant. Es erwartet den Besucher eine aussergewöhnliche Architektur und neben der aktuellen Ausstellung ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Lokal und einen noch schönerer Innenhof der zum Verweilen einlädt.Herr Albrecht war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber mit sehr guten Weinempfehlungen die sehr gut zu unserem Essen passten. Das Essen war gut und lecker, die Portionen ausreichend gross. Sehr gerne wieder."
