"We arrived at 5:50 and placed our order. At the time there were only two tables that had people sitting in them and two small groups ordering in front of us. We placed our order (family of four) around 5:55 and took our number to our seats. After 15 minutes I started noticing that people coming in and ordering after us were getting their orders. I started watching closer and after several more groups got their orders I tried to ask one of the employees about our order. She just shrugged me off, didn’t respond or acknowledge me and moved on to the next order. Several other patrons even apologized to me when their orders came up knowing we had been waiting so long. Finally at 6:35 they called our number, the food was ready, the shakes were missing. I asked when the ice cream would be ready, to which I got a very snarky “they’re coming”. 3-4 minutes later the shakes were pushed at me over the counter. No apology for the crazy long delay. No “thanks for your patience”. The food was pretty good. The service has made it so that we will never come back again."
