"My daughter was craving for kabob, so we decided to give this place a try. We had aushuk for appetizer, beef and chicken kabob. The food was delicious and the portions were pretty big. We will definitely go back . Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5"

"The people working here are very friendly, humble and welcoming. Their bread and butter, which is homemade, is absolutely amazing. For starters we had seared scallops and shrimp which was filled with flavor, good size on both scallops and shrimp. Then we had an Italian sausage and spinach soup which was creamy, the portion was about a bowl size. For our entree we had a chicken Alfredo dish with fettuccine, wife had a shrimp Alfredo with fettuccine. We were both impressed with the flavor of the food. Based on what our waitress told us, everything is homemade with the exception of the fettuccine and penne pasta. Prices were good and portions were good! Ambience was warm and peaceful, highly recommended for locals or visitors passing thru Columbia, S.C."

"I live Hooters. Some of my favorite wings. Weird they were out of standard hot (my favorite) but Sarah the server was super nice about it. Best service I've ever had at a hooters. She's great. Solid location and very convenient for those stuck in the hotels off the highway."

"STAY AWAY. 0/10. Placed an online order at 5:49pm, arrived around 6:05pm and email confirmation stated food would be ready at 6:19pm. Patiently waited until 6:28pm and asked for an update from a girl at the counter. Normally I'd feel rude doing this but they weren't very busy and a party that had come in after I arrived had already received their food. The girl set her phone down, rolled her eyes then proceed to the kitchen for five minutes. Ten minutes later she finally checked back in stating they were boxing up the food. Ten minutes after that still no food, asked another girl on the status and received the same excuse, it's being boxed up. Stated that's what the other girl told me ten minutes ago. She walks away, five minutes later another girl walks up to the counter to sit on her phone, I asked her a status and she said the typical passive answer, boxing it up now. BS. By this time it was 6:47pm, 30 minutes after our food should've been ready, and I finally asked for a manager and a refund. Manager comes out, gives an empty apology/excuse and says he can't discount the order but could give us more food. At this point I was tired of being lied to and dealing with poor customer service and insisted on a full refund. I rarely write reviews however couldn't let this slide. I'd never been to hooters and even though my wife advised against it due to poor experiences in the past, I insisted we try their wings anyways. First and last time I'll go to Hooters. Other than wasting our time, our other qualms were the lack of caring, poor customer service and them not wanting to make it right."
