"We arrived around 230 on a Saturday- there were only 3 other tables being occupied. We received only 1 loaf of bread for 4 people, we had to get our own cutlery and we only saw the waitress 4 times. When we were finished we couldn’t find anyone to ask for our bill, so we had to stand at the bar and wait for the waitress to come out of the kitchen.Our food wasn’t good either unfortunately, we don’t live near an east sides and were very much looking forward to our salad and bread."

"Sooo I'd like to give MICHAEL HENDERSON an A- for creativity. I'll give you one better. The other day I ordered a Volvo sub and with the first bite I came across...wait for it...a POKEMON :O ...Can you please see how ridiculous that sounds Mr. Henderson!?<br/ <br/ Now on a more serious note, I have been a regular customer at Milano Pizzeria on 2 Woodfield Dr. for years and I have always been satisfied with their food and service. We will continue ordering from them."

"I used to work in the area and regularly order the donair with sweet sauce and fries which is really good. Prices are slightly steeper than the average place, but worth it in my opinion. After a long time, my family decided to order delivery last night and I was absolutely stunned how much we paid. We only ordered 2 donair w/fries, one single donair and one can of pop. Total was over $49 (before tip) and also included a delivery charge which they never charged previously or even disclosed upon ordering. Very disappointing."
