"Saturday afternoon. Restaurant was not busy. Waiter took order right away. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, as well as lunch entrees. 25 minutes later, we finally got our drinks. Entrees then arrived about 10 minutes later, but still no appetizer. Waiter finally brought out and claimed they had to ‘cut more potatoes’ because they ran out. No mention of this before. Food was good. Service not so much. If restaurant had been busy, it may have been more understandable. During our entire time at Twigs, we did observe our waiter stopping and chatting MULTIPLE times at the table near us, even at one point sitting down at this table. He obviously knew the people and was more concerned with visiting with them, than attending to his other customers. Needless to say, we were not impressed with his service. What has happened to good service?"
