"We go to yo sushi regularly and always have a fantastic experience whether it's click collect or dine in. I've always used my blue light discount in store or online and never had any issues. Tonight we decided to have a treat and order...click collect but the website kept going into an error and would not let us order. We phoned instead to explain where they took our order instead, which was fine, but the staff member said we were not able to have the blue light discount as this was online only? I argued that this was not true and it has always been and still states in the T&Cs that it is valid in store and the fact we couldn't use it online was the fault of the website. The staff member remained adamant it was not possible for them to give the discount. Poor service or lack of knowledge by staff has tainted our experience tonight. Will be inclined to opt for the stores who have no issue providing nhs discount without making us feel an inconvenience."

"I ordered the mix grill £34. It arrived cold over charred and bitter tasting. The waitress did offer a re heat but in my opinion that would have made it worse. I wouldn’t recommend here and certainly won’t return here. As I mentioned the waitress was lovely and she did try to help."
