"Maggiano’s used to be a place to go for special events and holidays because of the amazing food, but as of recently it’s no longer a place I ever want to frequent. Service is mediocre, and the food leaves much to be desired. From the indifferent and rude host, to the poor service having to constantly ask for refills and advise them the order is incorrect, to the poor tasting food. Such a disappointment, we’ve been going here for years and now we rather frequent any other local restaurant."

"I heard how good the food was in Spondivits, so I was very excited to go last Sunday night. I saw it was on a table for a long time, so I told the hostess I would take a seat at the bar. When I approached the bar stool, a gentleman (who also stood at the host/hosts stand) told me to take a seat on the other side. I went over and sat down, that was at 7:02 and I was never offered a menu. Ten minutes passed without approaching the table, and still no menu. Five minutes later a server came to the table next to me, took his drink order and left. Nothing has been told to me, and still no menu. After five minutes, I'll wait forward and ask you to talk to the manager. I said Dale (the manager) that I had been there for 20 minutes without a menu and no server. I told him why I was sitting at that table. His answer to me was that I don't know who sat there, so there's nothing I can do. I looked at him unbelieving and told him he didn't seem too worried. There were only two people standing on the host/hoss stand when I came in, one was a man and the other was a woman. He smashed his shoulders and said okay. I don't care how good the food should be. This place has terrible customer service and management. I refuse to give them my hard-earned money."

"I love this apartment food was amazing as always. I brought my friend here for dinner. The service was not so great that our waiter was a little slow to check and run our food. I have never waited for a salad for over 30 minutes, but all in all a good experience and great food will definitely be back to the surrounding mall location again. As you can see lasagna chicken parmesan, the chicken was tender and it was good with my lasagna. The best part next to the food and the mosquito wine was that GiGi Butterkuchen made it a favorite and must after dinner Bon appétit"
