"I would say that this place is over hyped. We ordered a double breasted handheld, which is basically a burger and tasted fine. The other was a 3 piece wings garlic and herbs, which was roasted and dipped in a garlic herb sauce that was nice. Everything is overpriced and they have not maintained a standard. The plate we were served in was chipped and the chairs n sofa was filthy n oily. It was all sticky. This was not expected of a famous restaurant chain. The staff was really nice n helpful though. You have to grab your own cutlery n condiments from a counter and be seated. Our service was fast."

"We've been ordering and visiting Grabba Pizza for years. The value is great when ordering combos. The only suggestion I'd have there is to add a couple more cans. When ordering large or extra large pizza with wings and garlic bread you can usually assume it's going to be for more than two people. The website says that it's always free delivery, but if you order online there is a charge on the invoice for delivery 2.00. If you call in it's there too but less . We lived with it as we felt the deal we were getting was still worth it. Now the bad news and I hate to say it after all the years of good service. Friday March 24 we placed an order for several people and had it delivered. By 1:00am the first of 4 got sick and the 4th was equally ill by 9:00am. All 4 people had nothing in common on Friday but the pizza and wings from Grabba. Everyone was violently ill for the entire day Saturday and left without energy and ability to eat still on Sunday. This may very well be a one of incident but it was so bad that I don't think any of us will try it again."

"I just went to this location with my family. We had our cousins from Europe with us and were a total of 19 people. We had exceptional service from our server Ahmad. This is not the first time Ahmad has served us, he always exceeds our expectations. Our meals were cooked beautifully and his friendly attitude made us all feel very welcomed. Thank you also to the manager Matt and to the other kind waitress for everything. I highly recommend this location for excellent food and service! Thanks Antoniette"

"We ordered for takeout on a Friday evening during Lent. It was a complete zoo. HahaI called my order ahead and they told me it would be ready when I got there. Ordered 3 fish n chips (haddock), 1 grilled salmon and 1 cod. When I arrived, people were packed in like sardines (pun intended). It was an indication of their popularity. I waited upwards of 15 minutes to get my order, despite calling ahead.When I got home, I discovered they gave us 4 haddock and the sides for the salmon were wrong. No cod. That diner was disappointed as they were really in the mood for cod but said it was fine. The rest of us really enjoyed the meal. Yes, it was "just fish n'chips," but you can easily screw up fish. It was crippy batter and moist fish. Fries were thick and perfect for vinegar. I wanted vegetables instead of rice with my salmon but it was just fine. I was trying to make a healthier choice.The cashier was a little curt with customers but I chalked it up to being a Friday in Lent and she just wanted to move customers along. The kitchen staff were all business. An assembly line of cooks, each responsible for something and the cashier even stepped in to pack meals, load and unload fries, while doing her job. She was a machine. You can tell she's worked there for a while and really knew her stuff. I'm sure if it wasn't so busy, they would have taken the extra few seconds to check the order.We'll definitely eat there again since both my children love fish. I love that they also sell British only confections. I gave up chocolate for Lent so I didn't get any then but will definitely next time."
