"Called in here on rainy Saturday. Had the set lunch menu. Starters of prawn Cocktail and whitebait. Very generous portions and tasty. Main course, calves liver and chicken with mushrooms and white wine. Both very good. Excellent roasted potatoes, brocolli and carrots. Deserts of panna cotta and tiramisu both homemade were delicious. Service was cheerful and efficient. This is a really pleasant place with a wide choice of food and good value for money. Would return for more when In the area."

"The staff was excellent and very efficient, my eating was samlon and dill fishcake, the look and the presentation was so terrible that I didn't want to taste it. So I sent it back and got something else to eat, which was nice. the waiter changed eating even without problems."
